There is no shortage of health apps. What is missing are tools that take the science seriously, skip the noise, and deliver something you can act on without reading a research paper first.
Ceven Labs starts from that gap. We take peer-reviewed work on how the human body actually functions, strip out everything that does not matter in practice, and build it into a product that fits into your day. No accounts, no subscriptions to things you will never use, no data sent to servers you cannot see.
The first area is circadian health. Jet lag is genuinely understood by science. The problem is that nobody has made that science usable for normal people with real travel schedules. LayOvr is the answer to that. Bike fitting follows the same logic: validated biomechanical methods that have existed for decades, finally available without booking a studio appointment.
Each tool we build is a version of the same question: what do we know about this problem, and why has no one made it easy yet?

Carlos Ebrahim Vendrell is a Barcelona-born product and AI specialist who has spent the last decade in Denmark, working at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world applications. He leads AI projects at Grundfos and built Ceven Labs to solve the health and performance problems he kept running into himself.
LayOvr started as a personal spreadsheet. It became a Swift prototype. Then something worth sharing properly.
